He has served as team physician for local high school athletic programs and speaks frequently on various orthopaedic topics in community outreach. Doctor Bush enjoys the culinary arts and pursuing his musical interests, playing the guitar, in particular.

Kevin is a native of Buffalo, NY. He completed his undergraduate studies at D’Youville College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies and obtained his NCCPA certification in June, 1995. He also earned a BS degree in Medical Technology from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 1985. Mr. Pilecki moved here in 2000 from Clarence NY. Prior to joining Central Carolina Orthopaedic Associates he had been employed for 12 years as a PA in Occupational Medicine dealing primarily with musculoskeletal injuries and has over 20 years experience in health Care. Kevin is married, and has 3 children. He enjoys carpentry, fishing and youth athletics.

Mike was born and raised in northwestern Pennsylvania where he attended physician assistant school at Gannon University in Erie, PA and worked as a surgical physician assistant for 8 years in Pittsburgh, PA. Mike and his wife relocated to North Carolina in late 2018 when his wife accepted her dream job at Duke University. Mike and his family have enjoyed exploring all of what North Carolina has to offer, most specifically the quick drive to the ocean. Mike is married with two beautiful girls ages four and one.
